The End of Teddycat + CoonieA ray of sunshine fell squarely across Teddycat’s closed eyes, as he made a futile attempt to pull the covers over his head. With a sigh, the Blaster finally unscrewed his eyes, and took a look at the bedside alarm clock.   
“Eleven-thirty, already? Jeez.” Tossing aside the covers, it occurred to him that a certain someone was no longer sighing contentedly beside him. It hadn’t taken very much to talk the raccoon into moving into his new place; though, if you were to ask her, she would readily tell you that she’d protested with all of her might before finally caving in.

Teddycat and Coonie: The SagaIt was a trap, if he had ever seen one. For one thing, not even the career criminals wandered into this part of town, yet alone the Paragon Police Department. So, he was on his own.   
But none of that mattered.   
Starting towards the abandoned warehouse, Teddycat’s eyes scanned the building. Going through the front door would be suicide, he’d learned the hard way. However, most of these older buildings had some form or other of door where deliveries were dropped off. If he could only find it—

Return of Teddycat + CoonieOnce again, Coonie was the first to wake up the following morning. She had circled the small apartment four times, making careful note of each of the cracks in the wall as she passed by them. About to start her fifth pass, she suddenly stopped, looking around the room again.   
There was a distinct lack of food, aside from whatever Teddycat was able to pull out of that creepy desk of his. And she doubted very much the nutritional value of a Netherworld-exclusive diet. Glancing back at the sleeping Blaster, she frowned. Would it really kill him to do some shopping every now and then? Granted, even the smallest mini-fridge would take Return of Teddycat + Coonie

Teddycat + Coonie Strike BackCoonie poked her head over the edge of Teddycat’s bed. As she’d expected, he was still asleep, even though it was well past noon. Putting one knee on the bed, she stretched to poke him. Though he grunted in his sleep, he didn’t wake up, and the raccoon frowned at him, reaching to poke him again.   
This time, he rolled over, but not before grabbing her by the arm and pulling her with him. Pinned to his chest, she looked around for an escape, but found none. His chin came to rest on the top of her head, and she sighed, defeated. It’s not like it’s a fate worse than death, she convinced herself.
